All programs are personalized for each individual based on their goals, medical and fitness background, and specific needs. All plans include unlimited contact with your coach.
The running and triathlon training programs will explain exactly what to do each day of the plan including type, frequency, duration, and intensity of each workout. The strength training programs will explain what type of exercises to do, the frequency of each workout, the set and repetition range for each exercise, and the intensity of each workout. Pictures of the exercises will be included.
